1. The 7-Day Guarantee
If you're not happy with your Digital Hokage Cloud hosting plan for any reason, request a refund within 7 calendar days of your first order and we'll refund 100% of the hosting fee — no questions asked.
2. What's Eligible
- First-time orders of any shared or developer cloud hosting plan
- Both monthly and annual billing cycles
3. What's Not Eligible
- Domain name registrations & renewals — these are non-refundable per ICANN/.IN registry rules
- SSL certificates purchased separately (free AutoSSL remains free)
- Add-on services already consumed (paid migrations, dedicated IPs already routed)
- Plan renewals after the initial 7-day window
- Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., abuse, spam, CSAM)
4. How to Request
- Open a ticket from your Client Portal under "Billing".
- Mention your invoice number and a one-line reason (helps us improve).
- We process refunds within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Refund Method
Refunds go back to the original payment method. UPI/cards typically settle in 3–5 business days; bank transfers in 5–7. We do not issue cash refunds.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we're fast. Initiating a chargeback without first opening a ticket may result in permanent account termination and a block on future signups.
